Cold weather variant of the more common (Pleurotus ostreatus) producing clusters of beautiful, dark blue mushrooms that lighten in color as they mature. Few other mushrooms demonstrate such adaptability, aggressiveness, and productivity as the species Pleurotus. This oyster mushroom runs spawn and fruits quickly. We’ve experienced fruiting in less than two weeks. Good for beginners.
