Cold weather variant of the more common (Pleurotus ostreatus) producing clusters of beautiful, dark blue mushrooms that lighten in color as they mature. We’ve experienced fruiting in less than two weeks. Good for beginners.

  1. Montana

Colonized very fast in brf cakes, grain, and straw. Needs lots of fresh air or mushrooms grow long with a tiny cap.
Great culture though, will be trying their other gourmet cultures in the near future!
