I'm not satisfied with my order ?
Contact us by e-mail and we will make every effort possible to resolve the issue in the unlikely event satisfaction is not 100%... We like to review every case individually so there is no set in stone policy, but we make every effort to satisfy the customer... If however you want a refund simply because you cannot see spores in the syringes without the aid of a microscope we will ask you return our products to us before we issue a refund... Please be aware we use Delivery Confirmation and Use Tracking Numbers on every order, if you contact us saying you did not receive your order and our Delivery Confirmation says you did recieve your order we will ask you to contact the USPS and open a complaint to find out what happened, which could and usually does take weeks.
